The Device Research Laboratory (LPD) research is carried out through a 150 m² area at the Applied Physics Department of the Gleb Wataghin Physics Institute. We also have our own 50 m² clean room which complements Unicamp's Center for Semiconductor Components & Nanotechnologies (CCSNano).
